Added factreason_create_key so an agent can obtain its own key and trial credit without a human, a card, or leaving the MCP session, then retry the call that returned 402. Corrected two tools that charged for a query matching nothing, removed a cached-revalidation identifier and a record size hint from unpaid component responses, and stopped a supplied-address edge case from withholding trial credit from later callers. Cached revalidations no longer count toward the unmatched-query ceiling, and keys holding prepaid credit get a substantially higher ceiling.

Replaced the 50-query daily free allowance with $0.05 of one-off trial credit per key, spent at the published per-tier prices. Closed a hit/miss disclosure on the integration brief, deprecation, auth playbook and capability discovery endpoints so an unauthenticated caller can no longer tell what the catalogue holds. Cached revalidation identifiers are no longer emitted on unpaid responses. Misses remain free and now consume no allowance at all, bounded instead by a daily unmatched-query ceiling that never charges. Keys idled into the recycle bin are authorized and restored rather than refused. Expired keys no longer receive free queries. Deprecation results now state whether each item is publisher-declared or inferred from summary text.
