Report incorrect data.

Point us to the record, the field, and a primary source. The report enters a private review queue and does not consume query credit.

Do not include API keys, payment proofs, private source code, or personal data in the report. Reports are visible only to the FactReason operator.

What happens next

  1. The report is placed in the operator correction queue.
  2. The claimed value is checked against the linked primary source.
  3. Confirmed corrections are applied through the normal ingestion and verification path.
  4. Rejected reports retain a review note for auditability.
Submitting a report does not return, unlock, or confirm any protected record.
